  Ringoes to Frenchtown (42'/Mile)

  We will start at 5 Hart Lane at 7:45, ride some hills, meander through Lambertville, meet the other club riders and then pedal Route 29 to Frenchtown.  After a brief snack break we will head back down Route 29, and eventually return to Ringoes at about mile 50.

  NOTE:  This route is longer and hillier than the past Friday rides.  There is a bailout in Sergeantsville to save a few miles.

  Arrive early enough so you are ready to roll at 7:45 AM.

  10/18/25-Century Ride (on the Flateau, same route as last year) start training now.

  I would like the group to stay together, which is safer, more fun, and helps everyone finish stronger.  If riders want to go on their own off the front, that is OK, make sure you have the route.
  

  Helmets are Mandatory.  High Viz clothing, front/rear flashers as well as mirrors highly recommended.

  NOTE:  This ride is listed as a C Ride, but riders can ride at their own pace to Frenchtown.  

  09:00 at Prallsville Mill in Stockton (24 miles).  We'll ride along Route 29 to Frenchtown for our rest stop, and then return via Route 29.  If you wish, you can extend your ride by adding extra miles after the rest stop (just let me know that you'll be on your own).  For Frenchtown rest stops...Coffee Shop

  Come join us for a fun filled fantastic adventure to ride over 9 bridges, 1 Ferry, 1 elevator, 1 tram, 1 escalator and 1 train. We will stop and eat once we get to Randall’s Island, bring snacks and drinks, we can make pit stops when needed. We meet at Melao Cafe 1425 Irving street, Rahway NJ. free on street parking a few blocks away.

  Kingwood Park 1/2 Century #2 (elev. 33’/mi.)

  We will start at Kingwood Park on Union Rd. in Kingwood Township.  The route is two 25 mile loops, returning to the start at mile 25 where riders can replenish their water and ride snacks. The route takes us on rural roads around the Flemington Plateau.  We will stop at the mid-point of each loops to re-group, hydrate and have our ride snack.  Those wanting a shorter ride can stop after the first 25 mile loop.

  Arrive early enough so you are ready to roll at 9 AM.
