In celebration of International Female Ride Day FlemingtonDIY is sponsoring a Two-wheel Scavenger Hunt on Saturday May 6th, for both bicycles and motorcycles. This event will be open to everyone and hopes to encourage more women, nonbinary and marginalized riders to get out on two wheels in a supportive and fun environment. You can create your own route based on scavenger hunt locations or join a no drop group ride. There will be at least 2 cycling routes created: a D-paced "fun" route of 3-4 miles and a C-paced route of 25-30 miles. More details to follow.

*** UPDATE ***
Two routes have been created for this event. A 28-mile route on the plateau and a short 7-mile route for less experienced riders:
Longer route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/42697436
Short route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/42662752

The longer route will start at 10 AM and the shorter route at 11. The rides start at FlemingtonDIY on Stangl Rd in Flemington (see the address below).

This event is open to all. It would be great if our club members participate -- either as a leader or sweeper, or just to join the ride -- to increase our club's visibility in the community.

A few people have already offered to help with leading/sweeping, but if you can help please send me an email: ddoyle56@gmail.com
